Meet Naia

Naia Riley Cook
RDN, MA

Hi! I’m Naia (she/they)

Are you sick and tired of being Sick and Tired?

I know that feeling because I have felt it many times. For some people, it is a daily or even constant occurrence. I get it – the reason I became a dietitian was because I spent so long feeling bad in my body that I just thought it was normal. That’s when I became my own personal health detective. Through nutrition, I found peace of mind & body – and you can, too! Whether you are seeking freedom from disordered eating, improved body confidence and self-esteem, or a GI system that doesn’t have you fearing food, I can help.

My goal is to meet you where you’re at, to see you for the person you are and support you in your journey to finding health because healing is so much more than physical. In sessions, I fuse my knowledge and experience of medical nutrition therapy with a holistic approach that is influenced by the latest nutrition science, neuroscience, trauma recovery, activism, and social justice.
