Meet Naia

Naia Riley Cook

Hi! I’m Naia (she/they)

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Are you sick and tired of feeling sick and tired?

I’ve been there. For years, I felt disconnected from my body—exhausted, uncomfortable, and unsure what “healthy” was actually supposed to feel like. I eventually realized I didn’t have to live that way… and that’s when I became my own health detective. Through nutrition, I found a deeper sense of peace in both body and mind—and now I help others do the same.

Whether you’re seeking freedom from disordered eating, support in building body confidence, or relief from digestive issues that leave you anxious around food, I’m here to help.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in both science and soul. I blend evidence-based medical nutrition therapy with a holistic, trauma-informed lens: drawing from current research in nutrition science, neuroscience, and trauma recovery, as well as my commitments to activism and social justice.

Wherever you’re starting from, I’ll meet you there. Together, we’ll work toward the version of health that feels good for you—because healing is about so much more than just physical symptoms.
