getting support on your healing journey

I am here to help:

As a trauma-informed provider, I strive to create safe spaces for people to explore their relationship to food & their bodies. Here is how one of my clients responded to this approach:

“You have never once made me feel shame, embarrassment, or judgment. You just make me feel safe – our personal connection, the language you use around food, and even bringing playfulness into a place that previously felt so heavy. I love that we collaborated in a way where we got to work on parts of myself that I had never shared or worked on before. That made me feel really seen and understood.”
